Our process begins with you sharing with us your objectives and expectations in a new position. We then assess your skills, experience, your strengths and weaknesses, your salary expectations, and your desired location. Additionally, we learn about your schedule in order to co-ordinate interviews for you, as well as when you would be available to start a new position.

An open line of communication between Bradford Healthcare and our candidates is one of the things we pride ourselves on. We will share any updates we receive from clients who have a position of interest to you, along with any follow-up from clients with whom you have interviewed. We work as a team with you to get the right opportunity for your next career move.

Once you have been offered a position, we will assist you with negotiating salary, start date, and any relocation issues. We will also provide you with guidance about resigning and writing resignation letters. We don’t think our job is done until you are happy and settled the your new one.
